10292011 Five hours after coming home from work I come out of my green house to pay this month’s rent and buy lunch. While walking towards my kasera ’s house, a few houses away, I notice how blue the sky was. It’s a really bright and sunny day. My senses direct me to memories of a restful day at the beach. After the Zamabales trip with J earlier, I tried to avoid going back to any beach. The nostalgia of unrequited passion would always bring me back to feeling self doubt and self pity that I haven’t the energy to afford anymore. But today is different.

I was browsing my G+ account a few days ago when i saw a friend posted Danish-Norwegian band Aqua's latest music video Playmate to Jesus. So in less than 5 minutes I was able to download the song and hear them.... over and over again. Aqua brings back memories of youth long gone. I remember our class dancing to the beat of Doctor Jones when  I was a sophomore and every release on their first album was a hit. Well, I can't really explain my fixation. As they say, "happy lang!"

A few weeks ago  some friends got together and the discussion went to liqueurs and spirits we have experienced. All of us got intrigued by Absinthe  since none from the group has experienced it first hand, plus the importation and sale of it is illegal in some countries. Urban legends and media portrayal tell us that due to it's extremely high alcohol content it has hallucinogenic properties, consistent with the la fée verte or seeing green fairies. This is something I have yet to experience and prove... maybe by 2012.

Darlings, I know it's been quite some time.  I'm VHAAACK with more kuda! *** Some people have hobbies and past times. Some travel, while others get into a variety of games. I suddenly developed a taste for wine.

I've recently noticed that this blog is beginning to be the chronicles of my weekends. And since we're at it... *** Just as always, we start in the morning of the 17th of the Morning Glory, the day some consider Shabbat, I was set on the journey home for my sister's birthday celebration.
